The reason why your operations aren´t being recorded may be due to several things:

 

  • Make sure you have followed the instructions in the video tutorials, the step by step to make the connection with the platform you use.

 

  • Verify your credentials (Automation token and Username), which you find in your Swiset profile, are well written in the indicator that corresponds to your platform.

 

  • Verify that you do not have spaces at the beginning or at end when you write down your credentials in the indicator.

 

  • verify that you have changed your Automation Token in the platform as well, if you recently changed your Automation Token in Swiset.
